Course Overview

A Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication is applicable for individuals who wish to work as Marketing Coordinators, Media Assistants, Sales Administrators, Analysts, Promotions Assistant Managers, Assistant Account Managers (Advertising), and Marketing Officers in a company or an organization. This qualification will help you further develop your skills across a wide range of business functions, while you may already have substantial experience with a wide range of roles in various settings. Certificate IV is suitable for those who use well-developed marketing and communication skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of contexts. Pursuing a Certificate IV in Marketing and Communications will enable the development of existing competencies to create further educational and/or employment opportunities. It equips successful candidates with the skills and knowledge needed to perform effectively in a business environment and successfully fulfill the duties of a team leader or supervisor.

Entry Requirements
  • Completion of Year 10, high school, Certificate III in Business or equivalent or be a mature age student with relevant work experience (20 years of age and above) Or
  • Students need to demonstrate they have proficiency in English. If a student cannot provide a documented proof on their academic and English language proficiency, they will be required to sit for a language, literacy and numeracy test (LLN) before a place can be offered.
