Certificate II in Hospitality

Kick-start a career in the fast growing and diverse hospitality industry. Be equipped with the skills and knowledge to be competent in a varied range of positions including bar attendant, cafe attendant, catering assistant and food and beverage attendant. You will acquire a range core skills and knowledge to work in various hospitality settings such as restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.

ACADEMIC

• Completion of Australian Year 10 or equivalent

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY

• Intermediate Level of English

This course is delivered over 13 weeks + 2 weeks of holidays. Classes are rostered for 2½ days per week + self-study component. Full-Time studies require students to attend a minimum of 20 scheduled course contact hours per week.
